The main camera for Sony Xperia Tablet Z is 8 MP with autofocus and a 2.2 MP secondary camera at front. The camera will features Geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection. It will run on Android OS, v4.1.2 (Jelly Bean), planned upgrade to v4.2 (Jelly Bean) and powered by Quad-core 1.5 GHz Krait Qualcomm Snapdragon APQ8064 processor.
The internal storage for Sony Xperia Tablet Z is 32 GB storage, 2 GB RAM,in addition to support for microSD cards up to 64GB in size. Now you can bring more data on your tablet on the go.
